Brandon from Bartow Builders is here on Welcome Home to talk about thoughts and advice on remodeling versus new and maintenance issues that can arise and how they can be maintained. Brandon starts the show off by sharing maintenance tips that have come up at Bartow Builders as the snow starts to melt but the ground is still frozen. These tips include water intrusion, sump pumps, alarms/sensors that someone can use to notify them of these issues, rain gutter cleanings, venting, and making sure to do a general walk around the exterior of the building to make sure everything is in the correct condition.
